Login to your Analytics Console here:

Navigate to “Admin” then to “User Management” under the “Account” column.

2. After, entering “User Management,” press the  icon at the top-right

3. Select “Add New Users”

4. Enter My Email

5. Check the “Edit” permissions box

6. Check the “Manage Users” permissions box

7. Press “Add” at the top-right

Login to Google Ads here:

  1. Click the  icon near the top-right
  2. Click “Account Access”
  3. Click the   icon

4. Enter my email ​

5. Set the Access level to  “Admin”

6. Click “Send Invitation”

*Please Note:

You will receive an email with subject line “Your account is now linked to a manager account.“

This is a notification that I’ve added you to my Google Manager (MCC) account.

  1. Login to your WordPress account
  2. Go to “Users” → “Add New”
  3. Enter my name and email 
  4. Toggle “Role” to “Admin”

Facebook Ads Linking Steps

  1. Go to Facebook Business Manager (
  2. Click Business Manager in the upper left hand corner next to the three vertical lines.
  3. In the dropdown, click Business Settings
  4. Select ‘Pages’ in the icon list on the left hand column and choose the account you would like Let’s Get Clicks to manage.
  5. Click ‘Assign Partner’ , then click on the link at the bottom of the pop-out “Connect your Page using your partner’s business ID instead”
  6. Assign Let’s Get Clicks as a ‘Page Advertiser’
  7. Paste the Let’s Get Clicks Business Manager ID in the suggested field (Business ID: 402612333808753)
  8. Select ‘Ad Accounts’ on the icon list on the left hand side
  9. Repeat steps 5-7 for your ‘Ad Accounts’ and assign Let’s Get Clicks as an ‘Ad Account Advertiser’

Common Troubleshooting Roadblocks

  • Don’t see the “Assign Partner” button? This means you don’t have proper permissions to grant access. To acquire permissions, you’ll have to send the steps above to the owner of the Page/Account so they can add you as a page advertiser to both the Page and Account.
  • Don’t see “Business Manager” or “Business Settings” in the dropdown menu? This likely means that you don’t currently have a business manager account. While you can still run ads and have page without a business manager, you’ll need to create one if you want to share access with a 3rd party. To do so, simply follow the account creation flow here and add your Page and Ad Account to your new Business Manager account.

To have Let’s Get Clicks manage & optimize your listing:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. If you have multiple locations, open the location you’d like to manage.
  3. Click Users  from the menu.

  4. In the top right corner, click the “Invite new managers” icon .

  5. Enter my email.
  6. Select Owner or Manager.
  7. Click Invite. I’ll then accept your gracious invitation!
